Archive periods
For each exam result Edutizer stored the student answers in the HTML format. As those results can take up a lot of database space, they are recycled after certain periods of time.
How long answers for each exam result are saved is determined by the trainings
archive period. While creating a training teacher can choose the archive period only from a list of predifined values.
Installation settings Archive periods tab provides facility to edit that list of predifined values. Archive periods are defiled
in months.
One of the values can be set as default, meaning all new trainings will be assiged that value unless specified otherwise.
NOTE: editing and deliting archive periods from the list will not affect the archive periods of already created trainings.
