Troubleshooting user import problems

You can find latest user import logs by clicking Automatic operation under This installatio in the left tree.

There are two errors that Edutizer can encounter while importing user data:

1. Two or more Edutizer users are found having the same unique identifier value.

Probable couse: user data has been manually inputted or edited creating multiple accounts for one person.
Soluton: User user search to find those account and  "delete" one of them. You cannot actually delete a user account in Edutizer (See User management).
You should delete the user attribute value for the account being deleted, set the login name to have prefix DELETED_ and set account passive.

2. Login name already in use.

Probable couse: user account has been manually created to have login name that is already used in the direcotry, but the integration attribute was not set.
Solution: use the user search to find the user and add integration user attribute value.
