Troubleshooting LDAP directory setup
Use "Test LDAP Directory" option to test the setup connection. Search for your own (or other) account. Possible errors: Permission denied. Provider Your get connection with the server, but name and or password are invalid to access the root object. Check your name and password setting. Table does not exist. Provider Specified root object does not exist. Check your Directory address setting. Unspecified error Provider (Most probably) the error in the mapping of the LDAP fields. In Edutizer setup you are referring to a field that does not exist in LDAP schema. Check your field mappings against LDAP schema field names. Server returned empty recordset Connection works, but either the account name you are searching for does not exist in the subtree of specified root object or filter setting prevents LDAP from finding it.
