Student login tickets
Login ticket is unque URL that the user can use to login to Edutizer. URLs are generated using GUID and can be used only once. Internally Edutizer uses login tickets for login actions between different applications (eg. Open Student application in Teacher app).
Edutizer can be configured to enable users to request a login ticket. User will be prompted to enter his/her login name and a login ticket will be e-mailed to their e-mail address if such is recoreded in the Edutizer database.
The link can be used only once - upon the first successful login using that ticket Edutizer deletes the corresponding ticket from the database. Ticket itself is just a GUID, it does not contain any information on the user and cannot be used to compromize user account. Upon successful login, the user can then change his/her password. Note, that if user logged using ticket, he/she will not be prompted to enter the old password when changing password on the profile profile page.
Login tickets can be enable per study server. Goto Settings -> Authentication and check the Enable login tickets checkbox.
Login tickets rely on MEMFS integration.
