Tests, exam tests, questions
Exercise is composed of questions. One question can occur in many exercises.
Exam test is composed of questions that are marked for exam test usage. Student can not see the exam test outside the exam period.
Question is test (exercise and exam test) building block. Question property called usage class, set by user, determines whether question can be used in exercises, exam tests or both.
