Changing question difficulty level and usage class
There are two simple rules that apply to changing :
1. Question level can only be lowered.
This means you can change MEDIUM question to be BASIC, but not vice versa.
2. Question usega class can only to expanded.
This means you can change Exercise question to be of usage class Both to use it in exam tests, but you cannot make it striclty exam question.
