Training calender events
All training events, including exam are described in training calendar. The calendar can contain the following events
- registration period during which students can register to the training
- study period which is information to the student when teacher expects the online studying to take place. This period is not enforced onto students in any way.
- online discussion, during which teacher takes the responsibility to answer the students questions in the Discussions section
- exam period is the only timeframe during which the student can complete the exam test.
- results announcement period, before it students are not given any exam test results. You may want to set this period to start after the end of the exam period in order not to give student immediate feedback on their exam results, or even later if you will need to mark free form answers given by the students.
- training results marking, during which the teachers can change the automatically given results Negative/Positive.
- seminars, to identify any non-Edutizer based events during the training.
For exam event you must specify
- test refers to exam test used for the exam
- positive result (in per cent) is the criterion for automatic result marking Positive/Negative, which later can be changed by the teacher.
Setting exam duration will override time limitations set forth in the test and create a single time limit for the whole test. Time will not be paused between the test parts.
You can hide the commented results from students, displaying only the numerical results to them. Thus, if questions have comments that you do not want the students to see, they will be hidden from them.
