How to create new certification event
A certification usually is training that has no study period or course book attached. To create certification you must have prepared the exam test. To start creating new training go to
[Current ] and click
(new) Add new training.
Enter training general properties – title, code, and introduction. Save the training by clicking (save) Add new training.
You will be taken to the created training’s details page with the Calendar tab open.
Add the exam period by selecting Exam period from event type from the select box, set the start and end date, test, positive result and duration (optional) and add it to training be clicking (save) Save training data.
Please note that system will automatically create result announcement and marking period with defaults of exam period plus 2 weeks for you. You can change them by clicking on the event type in the event list, changing dates and clicking (save) Save training data.
Switch to the Registrations tab. Click
(new) Register students. Enter (or copy paste) student names and click
(search). Select the students by checking the checkbox in front of their names and click
(save) Register students.
