How do give a student second chance to start the exam?
Student can start an exam test only once. After the exam test is started, it cannot be paused or re-started at a later moment.
But there can be cases when student has to be given a second chance to start -- computer crash, network outage, other issues. In that case teacher should delete the exam results:
Go to the Training's results tab, select the results to be deleted and click
(delete) Delete selected exam results in the page menu.
Note that this will delete all the question answers that student has given.
Note that still student must start the exam second time within the exam period, i.e. before the exam period end date. If necessary the end date can be updated to a later value but selecting the Calender tab of the training, clicking on the exam event and setting end date new value, clicking
(save) Save training data in the page menu.
